Donna is an inspiring teacher of facilitation skills and collaborative leadership techniques essential to creating synergy in teams and developing innovative solutions for complex problems.

Donna R. Ching, Ph.D., founder of the Pacific Center for Collaboration, believes passionately that all people can lead if given the skills and appropriate opportunities. She has dedicated her career to teaching facilitation skills to create collaborative leaders.

For over 30 years, Donna served on the faculty of the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources at the University of Hawaii, Manoa. As an educator, she has always been devoted to teaching collaboration techniques in workshops on leadership, facilitation, group process, and strategic planning. She is also a professional practitioner who consults with nonprofit, for-profit, and governmental organizations.
